POP. 1280 - "PARADISE"
Pop. 1280 recently came up on my radar. My friends were in Paris and saw them live and told me that I’d probably like them. I did indeed. They mix elements of Industrial music with punk inspired vocals. The latest album “Paradise” is very well produced giving a much more pop vibe than the previous albums which seemed a lot heavier and underground. Some of the songs can sound a bit samey on this album but it’s great to have on when you’re getting ready for a night out and I imagine in a live setting this band would come alive.
Definitely recommend you check them out on Spotify, as I said the older albums are better in my opinion but even this album has some strong songs.
